From yesterday on the Today Show, this is Sara Haines, otherwise known as Sara Sage according to Kathie Lee Gifford. It's rare to see any leggage from Sara so definitely a nice treat here as she talks about her workouts. She's one of those babes that looks as good without makeup as she does with.
