I guess this is old news for some of you, but former philly news babe Alycia Lane is now a weekend news babe for KNBC in Los Angeles. She's looking mighty fine here in a semi-see through top, hopefully we'll see more of her in the future, I'm sure philly fan misses her.

She never fit into Philly. She seemed to spend more time in New York then Philly and that don't go over well here. She was an example of the CBS station kinda going for it by shilling out the bucks to bring her in. However that all blew up in their faces. They lost their two lead anchors over the mess that occurred. So really I don't consider it much of a loss for Philly. LA can have her, her psycho act will fit in there. 'Sides, she never gave many good views anyway. Philly kinda sucks for good local anchor leggage. She hid behind the desk most of the time and opportunities to see her away from it were kinda random.
From the pattern of the picture, Alycia Lane sure looks very sad. It's very easy to tell from her face, don't you think so? Somehow she's displeased?
I'd be displeased too if my once promising career that resulted in the biggest contract ever for a Philly prime time news anchor is now in tatters because of shenanigans that I and my co-anchor engaged in. I'd also be displeased that I have to schlep to LA for a weekend job. LA may sound like a cush location, but I don't remember anyone of any import coming out of LA and making it national, and believe me, she wanted it. Of course no one bothered to tell her that she's really an empty suit, a pretty face but about as charismatic as a tick. If she had gone national, they would have eaten her for lunch, dinner and leftovers.
