Lara Spencer is a Hot Host on the Early Show

I can't remember the last time she was on the Early Show, but here is Lara Spencer, usually the hot entertainment anchor for The Insider, guest hosting on the Early Show yesterday morning. Nice bonus shot of her backside there as well. They should make it a permanent switch, she's as hot if not hotter than anybody they have in their roster. Surprisingly, she's pretty sharp for a blondie as well.
